Filing a Statement of Property

When the court enters a judgment against you, you have 45 days to file a Statement of Property with the court. The Statement of Property is a list of all your property and income. 

You need to file your Statement of Property within the time allowed, but if you have not filed it yet, do so as soon as you can. DO NOT IGNORE THIS DEADLINE.

This form can be filled out by hand. Make sure you have this instructions sheet and the sample form close by for reference. See the document below to read the instructions and the forms necessary to complete the Statement of Property.
